Upon arrival at the Bali International Airport, you will receive a warm Balinese welcome. Each of you will receive a flower garland and there will be a "Welcome to Bali" banner with the name of the group on it. When you proceed to the Immigration and Customs area, special assistance will be made to expedite the procedures.

Transfer from airport to hotel by deluxe air-conditioned coach. Luggage is transferred separately and will be delivered promptly. The hospitality desk located at the hotel will commence upon group's arrival for 2 hours. It will operate for 6 to 8 hours daily throughout the group's stay.

In the evening, a welcome cocktail reception will be hosted in the Temple Garden of the hotel.

Today, your activities start with a breakfast orientation at the hotel's seaside restaurant.

A brief introduction on Bali is presented during the breakfast. Afterwards, your exploration to Bali begins by visiting the peaceful village of Ubud which takes its name from the Balinese word "Ubad" (medicine).

The original pilgrims who founded the town discovered the nearby forest to be full of medicinal herbs. Now this area is very famous for its handicrafts. You will find that every man in the village is an artist. Stops will be made at: CELUK Home of the Silver works industry, MAS - Bali's woodcarving village and UBUD - Painting village. The gallery of Agung Rai will be visited. Mr Rai runs a school within his gallery to train young Balinese children in painting.  Lunch is served at Kupu-Kupu Barong overlooking the breathtaking view of the fertile green Ayung River valley below.

Cocktails and dinner tonight are at Amanusal Resort where you will experience an Italian atmosphere. A violin player will be entertaining during dinner.

The Toyota Jeeps incl. Driver will await your group in front of the hotel, max. 4 persons for each Jeep, no teams are formed, participant can seat as they want. They do have to keep the same Jeep during the trip for the whole day, you can not switch Jeep during the day. Each Jeep will contain a map of the
island, a cool box with Coca cola and water, chilled towels. The whole group leave together until the Mengwi Royal Temple. The English Speaking Tour guides will stand by at the Royal temple before group arrives and accompany the group during their visit at the Temple and information.

Remarks : Here will be sanitary stop. Every 4 Toyota jeep Kijang will assist by 01 tour guide.
Leave Royal Temple for drive to village School. On the way to Blimbing, they are Not allowed to make a photo stop.
12.30 Expected arrives at the Village School. The whole group leave all together to visit school, as soon as you arrived you will be able to see Balinese kid games which played by the students of the school, and you are welcome to join them until the others jeeps arrived.

An official moment;Group present is presented by the leader of the group to the head master of the school. If you would like to bring little gifts from your home town you can do so.

Guided by Village orchestra BALEGANJUR to the rice field for rice experienced !!! All member will do soft trekking from the village to the ricefield, rice activity are prepared such as ; planting, cows act.

For rice experience we have enough rice fields to be processed Some cows with the fields plow equipment ; young rice plants to be replanted and villager who will join the activity. Anti mosquito milk and some drinking water will be
provided. And now you can try to plant your own rice !!!!

After activity clean up at the river bordered to the land and starting self cooking.?NO COOK NO FOOD? the women of the village will assist the group by preparing the ingredients for : Fried rice, fried noodle, satay chicken. Cooking stations and tropical fruit bar/corner will be setted up on the area. Soft drink and local beer served over flow!!

Return to the village place for some coffee and Balinese cookies , opportunity to visit the house of villager.Each house is signed by fruit names ( of the Jeeps ) as Pineapple House, Mango House, Ananas House, etc. Remarks : Will be provide 07 houses (each house for 10 person only )

Have a light breakfast at hotel and get ready for a Golf Tournament at the Bali Golf and Country Club. The Club provides golf enthusiasts with a world championship 18 hole golf course in a spectacular seaside setting. The Indian Ocean creates a spectacular backdrop to the course with the majestic slopes of the revered Mt. Agung Volcano rising in the distance. Several eeks prior to the tournament, the data on number of people participating and their handicap should be available. Then we will be able to block the time at the Club. The tee times are available from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch is at the clubhouse restaurant.

Your farewell dinner with a Balinese Kingdom theme will be held at the 18th century Puri (Palace of ) Kerambitan. Each of you will be treated like royalty this evening. It is recommended that you wear a sarong. At the courtyard, "Kecak Fire Dance" will be performed during the cocktail reception. Afterwards, you enter the Palace. Dinner will be set menu featuring Balinese & Western served in French style service. Dinner will take approximately one and half hours. After the second course, Rejang and Kris Dances start entertaining until coffee and friandises enjoyed by the guests.

After a leisurely breakfast, last minute assistance is provided by the hospitality desk prior to group's departure. Depart hotel by deluxe airconditioned coach at least 2 hours before take-off. Luggage is transferred separately.
